CM Punjab Digital Skills Program for Women – Online Registration Guide 2025
Led by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) has introduced the “Mein Digital” program to empower educated women in rural areas by providing them with vital digital and e-commerce skills. This free training program is designed to enable women to work remotely, establish online businesses, and gain financial independence.
What Does the Program Offer?
The Mein Digital initiative includes:
- Free professional digital training
- A free desktop computer (worth PKR 150,000)
- Six months of free internet
- The program offers monthly financial aid reaching up to PKR 5,000.
Women who meet the eligibility criteria and are selected will receive all the resources needed to become self-reliant digital professionals.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this program, you must:
- Be a resident of Punjab.
- Be a woman aged 18 to 35 (90% seats), or over 35 (10% seats)
- Hold at least a 16-year education qualification (Bachelor’s degree minimum)
Note: Desktop computers and internet packages remain PSDF property until the training is completed.
Step-by-Step Enrollment Process
- Online Test – Take a short assessment to qualify.
- Shortlisting will be done purely on merit, depending on candidates’ test scores.
- Laptop & Internet Access – Provided to selected participants.
- Online Classes Begin – 480 hours of structured training over 6 months.
- Evaluation & Certification – Pass online exams to receive certification.
- Career Support – Post-training guidance for freelancing, remote jobs, and e-commerce.
Program Terms and Conditions
- Attendance: 80% attendance is required for stipend eligibility.
- Stipend Breakdown:
- PKR 5,000/month for 50%+ test scores
- Candidates with test scores below 50% can still receive PKR 2,500 per month if their attendance remains 80% or higher.
- No stipend for attendance below 80%
- In case of non-completion, all provided devices must be handed back.
